Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), Advance System Rebuild Factory (ASRF), invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing valid NTN certificates for the indigenous development of electrical and instrument assemblies for A-Vehicle platforms. The project is being procured under the Ministry of Defence Production (MoDP) framework and Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) guidelines. Detailed specifications, delivery schedules, assembly quantities and nomenclature are outlined in Annex D of this tender document. The scope encompasses design, development and supply of multiple electrical and instrumentation component assemblies according to the stated technical requirements and delivery timeline. Development will be executed in accordance with MoDP protocols and PPRA Rule 28 governing the tender process.
Eligible bidders must possess current NTN (National Tax Number) certificates and satisfy the eligibility criteria detailed in Annex E, which cover technical capability, financial standing, past experience and compliance certifications. Bid security requirements and other financial conditions are specified in Part II of the tender. Firms must demonstrate their ability to meet indigenous development standards and project delivery schedules as mandated for defence-related procurement.

Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 26 August 2026 at 1100 hours local time; late submissions will not be entertained under PPRA Rule 28. Tender opening will commence at 1130 hours the same day. All proposals should include financial proposals (Annex C), certificate of eligibility (Annex B), and detailed technical specifications as prescribed in Part III of the tender document.
