The Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), operating under the Ministry of Housing and Works, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids through the online E-PADS 2.0 platform for multiple infrastructure development schemes in Latifabad and Taluka, Hyderabad District, Sindh Province. The projects include construction of a pedestrian bridge at Auto Bahn Road, development of CC tuff paver roads with sewerage lines and water supply infrastructure, construction of pavilion facilities, and installation of solar street lights across various locations. The works are being procured under the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per PPRA Rules 36(b) 2004 (amended), with estimated project costs ranging from Rs 49.81 million to Rs 337.69 million. Contract packages are detailed in the tender documents with corresponding Bills of Quantities and technical specifications.
Eligible bidders must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in appropriate categories and specialized fields under relevant codes, valid Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) registration, and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) tax registration. Bidders are required to submit bid security deposits ranging from Rs 1.5 million to Rs 10 million depending on the contract package.
