Description / Scope of Work
The Military Accountant General Office, Rawalpindi, operating under the Pakistan Military Accounts Department (PMAD), invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement, installation and configuration of 08 Web Application Firewall (WAF) Licences. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. The procurement aims to cover eligible payments under the reserved contract fund for this project in Punjab province. The estimated value and detailed scope of work are outlined in the bidding documents available on the EPADS portal.
Eligible bidders must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM. All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security amount as described in the Bid Security Section of the bidding document, which may be furnished in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft. Where bid security is not required by the Procuring Agency, bidders must submit a Bid Security Declaration as specified in the bidding document. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
Bids will be opened using EPADS v2.0 on the same day, Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope (LCBS) Least Cost Based Selection technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable Regulatory Guides.
