Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) and Pak Telecom Mobile Limited invite sealed bids for the supply and services of a Security, Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) solution on DDP-PKR basis inclusive of all applicable taxes. The tender is issued under reference number Proc.5-1/2/080526/4739 and covers PTCL's comprehensive scope of work and requirements for implementing advanced security orchestration and automation capabilities across their operations in Islamabad, Federal Province. This procurement seeks qualified vendors to provide integrated SOAR platform solutions that will enhance PTCL's security incident response capabilities and operational efficiency.
Bidders must be registered vendors with PTCL and are required to provide vendor registration codes assigned by the company. All interested bidders should download the vendor registration form from PTCL's official website if not already registered. Bid security in the form of a bank guarantee equivalent to PKR 500,000 issued by a first-class or scheduled bank located in Pakistan is mandatory and must be valid for six months from the date of issuance. Bids that do not comply with the bid security requirement will be disqualified from further processing. Vendor registration is essential for establishing a good and continuous business relationship with PTCL.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba Platform using the provided portal link before 5:00 PM on the closing date. All bid documents should be clearly marked with the tender reference RFP # Proc.5-1/2/080526/4739 and must be complete in all aspects as per the procedures outlined in the request for proposal.
