Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, located at Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi, invites bids for hiring technical backup services for operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of a 500 TR DFA chiller unit. This is a service contract to provide specialized technical support and maintenance services for the chiller system. The tender reference is LP/T-4173/26/ABZ and follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure as per Public Procurement Rules. The scope encompasses all aspects of chiller operation, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and uptime of the cooling system.
Bidders must meet mandatory requirements including a mandatory site visit to physically assess the scope of work before submitting their bids; bids submitted without evidence of site assessment will be rejected outright. All pages of the bid document must be signed and stamped by the bidder. Bidders must possess relevant technical qualifications and experience in maintaining large capacity industrial chiller systems. Bid security (earnest money) must be submitted with the bid and will be returned to unsuccessful bidders within five days of the Final Evaluation Report being posted on EPADS and PPRA portal.
