Description / Scope of Work
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan invites competitive bids for the procurement of VA/PT Services through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). This is a national competitive bid using a single stage two envelope procedure. The procurement is open to authorized suppliers, service providers, principal authorized dealers, distributors, partners and resellers based in Pakistan and registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both income tax and sales tax, who must be on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process will be conducted electronically via EPADS, with detailed terms and conditions, technical specifications, evaluation criteria and contract forms provided in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue or respective revenue boards for income tax and sales tax purposes and must maintain active taxpayer status. Bidding documents containing detailed requirements, method of procurement, bid security provisions, bid validity periods, opening procedures and evaluation criteria are available free of cost from https://eprocure.gov.pk/ or https://www.secp.gov.pk/procurement/. The procurement follows standard government procurement rules with provisions for bid bonds, performance guarantees and contract conditions clearly specified.
Bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents and submitted only through EPADS on or before 1430 hours on July 09, 2026, with opening scheduled for 1500 hours the same day.
