Physical Document Submission: A scanned PDF of the bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS. The original physical bid security, along with attested copies of the PEC registration certificate, CNIC, and Tax registration certificate, must be submitted to the office of the Deputy Director Road Division-I, CDA, on or before the bid opening date.
