Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, located in Karachi, is inviting bids for the supply, installation and commissioning of fast riser doors under tender reference LP/T-2421/26. This procurement is conducted under a single stage one envelope procedure and is open to qualified Original Equipment Manufacturers, sole distributors or agents. The scope includes delivery of fast riser doors with complete installation and commissioning services at the corporation's facility on Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi. All supplied doors must incorporate comprehensive safety installations with reference to ISO/IEC standards and come with a minimum two-year warranty period commencing after complete installation.
Bidders must meet strict eligibility requirements including possession of at least five years of proven track record supplying similar items with support services to various companies and organizations. Bidders are required to provide complete information regarding all safety installations in their doors with ISO/IEC standard references. A mandatory earnest money deposit is required as bid security. The bidder must guarantee provision of spare parts for one year and commit to providing spare parts and comprehensive support services including electrical and mechanical technical assistance for ten years following successful installation.

The earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within five days of posting the Final Evaluation Report on EPADS and PPRA portals.
