Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed e-bids from eligible contractors for the procurement of imported liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) totalling 900 metric tonnes for delivery during 14th to 21st July 2026. This tender is issued under reference number GF-19751-JA and follows a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. The procurement is being conducted in Sindh province through the SAP Ariba Portal, which is the sole platform for tender document distribution, bid submission, and bid opening. Interested parties may access tender documents from 24th June 2026 through 13th July 2026, with collection available between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM.
Eligible bidders must demonstrate adequate past relevant experience and sound financial capabilities for executing contracts of this nature. All participating vendors are required to submit valid National Tax Number (NTN) and GST/PST certificates along with the CNIC of the owner or authorized representative. Vendors must be registered as active taxpayers. Parties without an existing Ariba Network ID are instructed to register on the SAP Ariba Portal using the designated registration link (https://tenderpso.com.pk:8022/) prior to participating in this or any future Pakistan State Oil Company tenders.
Bids must be submitted electronically through SAP Ariba Portal by 14th July 2026 at 02:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 03:00 PM onwards. Prospective bidders should submit a signed and stamped request letter on official letterhead via the Ariba Portal, accompanied by scanned copies of all required documentation.
