Description / Scope of Work
COMSATS University Islamabad, a public sector university located in Islamabad, Federal Pakistan, invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of HVAC outdoor fan motors through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). This procurement is issued under tender reference CUI-Proc/(TN-742/07/2026) and follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding methodology. The tender is open to income tax and GST registered firms and companies that are listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue for both general sales tax and income tax purposes.
Eligible bidders must possess valid income tax and GST registration certificates and maintain active status on the FBR's Active Taxpayer List. A refundable bid security of Pakistani Rupees 50,000 is required, to be submitted as a call deposit or bank draft drawn in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad (FTN/NTN: 9013701-9). Scanned copies of the bid security must be uploaded through EPADS, while original hard copies must be physically submitted with sealed bidding documents by the closing date.
Interested bidders must register on the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk to download tender documents and submit their bids electronically. The closing date for bid submission is July 13, 2026, at 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened thirty minutes after the closing time in Room No. G-6/G-8, Ground Floor, Faculty Block-I, COMSATS University Islamabad, in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
