Central Ordnance Depot Lahore Cantonment invites quotations for the local purchase of ordnance stores as specified in Annexure A. This procurement is intended to fulfill urgent requirements of the Pakistani Army's ordnance supply chain. The tender is open to eligible suppliers and interested firms are required to submit their quotations by 15 July 2026 at 1100 AM. Quotations will be opened on the same date at 1130 AM in the presence of the Depot Board of Officers and firm representatives if desired. The procurement covers items to be supplied as per DGP (Army) specifications with accounting units and nomenclature that cannot be amended. All rates quoted must be final and inclusive of taxes and duties, valid until 31 December 2026, with no subsequent changes permitted due to currency fluctuations or government duties.
Eligibility criteria require that only firms already registered with COD Lahore Cantonment, DGP (Army), or DGDP may participate, or those willing to register with COD Lahore Cantonment. Alternatively, original manufacturers, suppliers, and original stockists in trade may bid, with dealers required to provide authority letters from original manufacturers. A bid security of 5 percent of the bid price in the form of a bank draft or pay order favoring the Commandant Central Ordnance Depot Lahore must accompany each quotation. Incomplete quotations lacking firm stamp, NTN, CNIC, letter number, and IT letter number will be rejected. All quoted items must conform to standard Army specifications and be offered with a one-year warranty and user acceptance.
Bid documents are available in hard copy at Central Ordnance Depot Lahore Cantonment. Three lowest bidders will be required to deposit one advance sample of quoted items for inspection at COD Lahore within seven days of request, with failure to provide samples resulting in cancellation of the firm's invitation to tender. Stores must be packed in standard packaging including wooden boxes, cartons, or crates. Inspection charges for government or non-government organizations shall be borne by the supplier. The Commandant Central Ordnance Depot Lahore reserves the right to reject any inquiry, modify delivery targets, or adjust quantities at any stage.
