Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, located in Karachi, invites sealed bids for the supply of paper in 8.5 x 11.5 A-4 size with 80 GSM weight. This procurement is advertised under tender reference LP/T-2423/26/MK and follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. The tender is open to qualified suppliers and is published on the EPADS and PPRA portals. Bidders must submit complete bids with duly signed and stamped documentation on all pages and must provide physical samples of the paper as part of their bid submission. A maximum of two options with separate samples and corresponding prices are permitted per bidder. Bids without samples will be summarily rejected at the time of opening.
Eligibility requirements stipulate that bidders must be registered suppliers capable of meeting the technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to submit bid security (earnest money) as specified in the Bid Data Sheet. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules with all standard compliance and integrity requirements, including mandatory submission of an Integrity Pact by the successful bidder. Unsuccessful bidders will have their earnest money returned within five days of the Final Evaluation Report being posted on EPADS and PPRA.
