Description / Scope of Work
Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture, Multan invites electronic bids from qualified firms, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers for the purchase of answer sheets and envelopes under the University Budget 2026-27. The tender is issued under single-stage, one-envelope procurement procedure in accordance with rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The estimated cost of the tender is Rs. 2,125,000 on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and through the PPRA website. The University retains the right to reject all bids at any stage prior to acceptance as per clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
Prospective bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities (Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration required) and possess established credentials in technical, financial and managerial capabilities. The bid security required is 2 percent of the estimated tender cost. Bidders must demonstrate the necessary experience and capacity to supply the required materials according to university specifications and delivery requirements.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 11:00 AM on 27 August 2026. Bid opening will commence at 11:30 AM on the same date. In case of official holiday on the submission date, the closing date will be extended to the next working day.
