Daanish School (Boys & Girls) across four campuses in Punjab—Dera Ghazi Khan, Fazilpur (District Rajanpur), Mailsi (District Vehari), and Taunsa—invites sealed bids for procurement of note books, registers, paper ream, and students stationery items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 01 comprises note books, registers and paper ream with an estimated price of Rs 17,334,975, while Lot 02 covers stationery items valued at Rs 3,354,543. Bidders may participate for one or both lots. The contract will be executed on a framework basis, with the successful bidder required to supply and deliver items to the respective school campuses against purchase and work orders issued by the Principals as per their requirements throughout the contract period.
Eligible bidders must be experienced and financially sound business enterprises registered with the Sales Tax Department (if required) and Income Tax Department under the jurisdiction of Federal Board of Revenue. The bid security requirement is 1% of the estimated price as per E-Punjab regulations: Rs 173,350 for Lot 01 and Rs 33,545 for Lot 02. Bidders shall submit their bids in accordance with the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure as prescribed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with separate envelopes for technical and financial proposals. All bidders must participate through the e-procurement Punjab portal, which is compulsory. Alternative bids will not be considered, and bidders are required to ensure strict compliance with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in the bidding documents.
