Description / Scope of Work
Daanish School (Boys & Girls) invites sealed bids for the procurement of note books, registers, paper ream and students stationery items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement comprises two lots: Lot 01 covering note books, registers and paper ream with an estimated price of PKR 12,884,550, and Lot 02 for stationery items with an estimated price of PKR 2,494,149, bringing the total estimated value to PKR 15,378,699. The contract will serve three school locations: Harnoli Mianwali, Jand Attock, and Mankera Bhakkar in Punjab province. The Principal will issue purchase orders separately from time to time as per requirement, with payment made against each order.
Bidders must be experienced and financially sound business enterprises registered with the relevant Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. A bid security of 1 percent of the estimated price is required, payable in the form of a CDR, demand draft, or postal order. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with separate technical and financial proposals required. Bidders must submit all mandatory undertakings and documentary evidence supporting their eligibility and capacity to deliver.

Bids must be submitted online through the e-procurement Punjab portal by 28 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the conference room of Daanish School Boys Harnoli Mianwali. Participation through the e-procurement Punjab Portal is compulsory.
