Description / Scope of Work
Air University, Islamabad, an educational and research institution, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for provisioning of GCS Handheld console gate G series and cable harness set under the PSF project at its Islamabad campus. The tender is referenced as IBD/AU/EQPT/PSF/19/26 and encompasses the supply of specialized ground control station equipment required for the university's ongoing technical infrastructure development. This procurement is open to qualified firms registered with relevant tax authorities and having operational presence in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to hold active NTN and GST registration with proof of current status. Firms must provide an original affidavit confirming they have never been blacklisted by any government organization and are not involved in litigation with government agencies. The firm must maintain its head office, services office, or sub-office within Rawalpindi or Islamabad with documentary evidence. Original bid security for the applicable lot or lots is mandatory. Additional essential documents include company profile, completed work orders with completion certificates, ongoing job orders, delivery plan, proof of income tax registration, duly signed and stamped tender documents, and audit reports or complete tax returns for the preceding three years.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, procurement methodology, bid submission procedures, bid security requirements, bid validity period, evaluation criteria, and performance guarantee terms are available through EPADs. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 16 July 2026 at 11:00 hours, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 hours.
