Description / Scope of Work
The Higher Education Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through its Project Management Unit, invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the supply of furniture and fixtures, laboratory equipment, computer and allied accessories, and plant machinery. This procurement is undertaken under the ADP project titled 'Provision of Missing Equipment/Furniture including Books, IT and Laboratory Equipment etc for Existing and newly Constructed Colleges (General + Commerce) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Merged Areas (Revenue Component)'. The tender covers multiple colleges across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and encompasses a broad range of educational and operational equipment essential for college infrastructure development.
Bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers or firms, or authorized dealers duly registered with income and sales tax authorities and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the total quoted bid value in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) made in the name of the undersigned Director. All quotations must be in Pakistani Rupees on an FOR (Free on Rail) basis, inclusive of all applicable taxes, and remain valid until 30 June 2027.

Firms must submit bids electronically through E-PADS before 28 August 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 12:00 PM at the Committee room of the Higher Education Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar, in the presence of bidder representatives.
