Two simultaneous PSF research equipment tenders: microbial bioreactor system for wastewater treatment and plant micropropagation apparatus for botanical conservation. Combined scope spans specialized laboratory instrumentation across microbiology and botany disciplines. Tender deadline 28 August 2026 represents medium timeframe for procurement. Both projects appear to be one-time research facility investments rather than recurring supply contracts. Bidders must maintain FBR tax registration and ATL status; earnest money requirement is 2 percent of bid value. Documentation submission is fully electronic via ePADS with hard copy backup.
Who can bid: Original manufacturers, authorized dealers, or suppliers must be registered with tax authorities and listed on FBR's Active Taxpayers List. For lab equipment supply, bidders typically require relevant industry registration, manufacturer certification or distribution authorization, product liability insurance, and demonstrated technical capability in the equipment category being bid.
