Laboratory Equipment Import for Textile Dyeing and Finishing Lab – NED University

NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed bids for the import of laboratory equipment on C&F basis for the Textile Dyeing and Finishing Laboratory of the Department of Textile Engineering under the MEGA-5 Enhancement of Academic Facilities project. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement process conducted through the ePADS electronic portal. The tender seeks bids from manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, or suppliers capable of delivering specialized textile engineering laboratory equipment to support academic and research activities at the university's Karachi campus.

Eligible bidders must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience in the field and provide evidence of turnover details for the preceding three years, with a minimum average annual turnover of Rs 50 million as per FBR online annual returns. Bidders are required to hold current GST registration with active status and submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation history, non-blacklisting status, and absence of involvement in corrupt, fraudulent, or collusive practices. A fixed bid security of Rs 1.00 million must be furnished in accordance with Rule 37(2) of SPPRA regulations to the Director Finance, NEDUET. The affidavit must be dated after the tender notice publication.

Manual bid submissions will not be considered. Bidders must submit their best and final price as no post-bid negotiations are permitted.
