Description / Scope of Work
The Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (TDCP) invites sealed bids for the establishment of new terminals and revamping of existing terminals for sightseeing bus service operations in Lahore, Punjab. This civil works project is valued at Rs. 35.988 million and will be procured through the e-PADS portal of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). The tender follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure and is open to well-reputed firms registered on e-PADS with valid Professional Engineers Registration (PEC) licenses in relevant civil and electrical categories, active filer status with NTN and PRA credentials.
Eligible contractors must hold a C-3 or above PEC rating in the relevant category with codes, possess active NTN and PRA filing status, and be registered on e-PADS as per PPRA Regulations-2024. Bidders are required to submit bid security in the form of a CDR or unconditional bank guarantee valued at Rs. 1.799 million, equivalent to five percent of the estimated project cost, issued in the name of Tourism Development Corporation, Punjab (TDCP NTN/FTN 0786813-8). The bid security must be uploaded in soft copy on e-PADS and submitted as original hard copy to the office of the Project Director before the submission deadline. False information or fraudulent bid security documentation will result in disqualification and referral to PEC and PPRA for legal action.
Bidding documents are available to registered bidders on the e-PADS portal at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and on the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically on e-PADS on or before July 21, 2026, at 11:30 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
