Description / Scope of Work
PEC Registration: Bidders must be enlisted/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year in the relevant category, specifications, and code.
Submission Mode: All bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Procurement System ([https://ep.punjab.gov.pk](https://ep.punjab.gov.pk)). Manual bids will not be accepted.
Bid Security: 5% Bid Security must be submitted electronically through the system using a generated PSID. Physical instruments (including manual CDRs) are strictly not permitted.
Financial Bidding Rules: As per PPRA circular dated 11.10.2024, bidders must quote item rates for every entry/item in the DNIT/BOQs (percentage-based bidding is not allowed). Unfilled/blank entries will render the bid non-responsive.
