Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) at Govt. College of Technology in Rawalpindi is inviting national competitive bids for the supply and installation of a solar system comprising a 110kW inverter and 70kW solar panels. This procurement project aims to enhance the energy efficiency and sustainability of the college's infrastructure in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The bid reference number is GCT/RWP/TENDER-3/PKG-PSS, and the procurement will follow a single stage two envelope procedure using the least cost method on an accumulative cost basis.
Eligible bidders must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements as stipulated in the bidding documents, including possession of relevant licenses and technical expertise in solar system installation. Prospective bidders are required to submit a bid security as per the specifications outlined in the General Conditions of Contract. Interested bidders must submit their sealed e-bids in two envelopes (technical and financial) on or before 13 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. The e-bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 PM.
