Description / Scope of Work
District & Sessions Judge, Jhang invites electronic bids for the solarization of courts through installation of Off-Grid Hybrid Solar Systems across multiple court locations in Jhang, Punjab. The tender encompasses five lots covering Sessions Courts Jhang, Civil Courts Jhang, New Civil Courts Khalid Khan Block, Sub-division Ahmad Pur Sial, and Sub-division Shorkot. The total estimated project value is Rs. 40,801,000 with individual lot values ranging from Rs. 4,110,000 to Rs. 9,243,000. Each installation comprises between 4 and 10 Off-Grid Hybrid Solar Systems of 04-KW capacity each, designed to provide sustainable energy solutions to the judicial infrastructure in Jhang.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed and financially sound firms with previous experience in solar system installation and registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA, and Pakistan Engineering Council. Bidders are required to submit bid security at five percent of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order from any scheduled bank, payable to District & Sessions Judge, Jhang one hour before the bid submission deadline. The successful bidder will be required to deposit an additional performance guarantee equivalent to ten percent of the total contract value.
Bidding documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS), PPRA website, and the Court's official website at https://jhang.dc.lhc.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS before 12:30 P.M. on 09-07-2026, with opening scheduled for 01:00 P.M. the same day under Single Stage-Two Envelop Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
