Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Sports Complexes, Lahore Development Authority, invites proposals for the provision of janitorial services at LDA Sports Complex Johar Town in Lahore, Punjab. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing comprehensive janitorial services including morning, evening, and general shifts for seven days a week at the LDA Sports Complex in Johar Town, Lahore, and at other sports complexes managed by LDA as and when required. The procurement reference number is LDA/DSC/115, and bids will be evaluated according to the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure outlined in the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
Eligible bidders must be registered or incorporated companies, firms, or individual entities under Pakistani law with valid registrations from the Registrar of Firms, SECP, FBR, or PRA. Bidders are required to possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and PNTN registration with FBR and PRA, and must be included in the Active Tax Payers List. Additional requirements include registration with the Directorate of Labor Welfare Department Government of Punjab, ESSI and EOBI, an undertaking on valid stamp paper confirming no blacklist status from LDA Sports Complex or PPRA, and absence of any conflict of interest. Interested bidders must submit their electronically encrypted bids through the Electronic Procurement Regulatory Authority system (EPADS) on or before 10th July 2026 at 11:00 AM. The tender will be opened on 10th July 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of representatives of bidders who choose to attend.
