Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency Multan, operating under the Sewerage Division North, invites sealed bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for the provision and fixing of safety nets for existing manholes in the sewerage system across Multan, Punjab. This tender is issued under the PPRA E-Tendering System in compliance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended to date). The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 3,998,534 with an earnest money requirement of two percent (approximately Rs. 79,971). The project must be completed within fifteen days of contract award. This work is critical for public safety and operational efficiency in the sewerage infrastructure of Multan city.
Eligibility to participate is restricted to engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category codes, and must maintain current registration on the Punjab e-PADS website (www.punjab.eprocs.gov.pk). Bidders are required to submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security amounting to two percent of the estimated cost in favour of the Director Finance WASA Multan. All submissions must be made electronically through the e-PADS portal, and bidders must also submit original bid security documents in sealed envelopes to the office of the Deputy Director Sewerage Division North WASA at Gulgasht Colony near Pizza Hut, Multan. Current PPRA Rules apply strictly, and any submission containing false information or documentation irregularities will result in disqualification from current and future tenders with Water and Sanitation Agency Multan.

The tender closing date is July 10, 2026, with bid submission deadline at 11:00 AM and opening time at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bids will be opened at the Director Works office located at 316-A Shamasabad Colony WASA Head Office, Multan in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Bidders may attend in person to witness the opening. The tender is valid for 120 days from submission.
