Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites sealed bids for three road repair and maintenance projects in Lahore, Punjab. Project One involves repair and maintenance of a link connecting Khayaban-e-Jinnah with an estimated cost of Rs. 4,154,748 plus 16% PST, totalling Rs. 4,819,507. The scope includes dismantling and removing road metalling, providing and laying base course of crushed stone aggregate, applying bituminous priming coat, laying 50mm thick plant premixed bituminous wearing course, constructing gully gratings, and raising manholes. Project Two covers repair and improvement of a road connecting Ferozpure Road with safety furniture, estimated at Rs. 3,666,904 plus 16% PST, totalling Rs. 4,253,609. Work includes excavation and removal of malba, lane marking with thermoplastic paint, kerb stone refixing and provision, tuff paver refixing and provision, road studs installation, reflective berm indicators, and traffic signs. Project Three addresses repair of road due to subsidence in Gulshan Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore, estimated at Rs. 3,497,020 plus 16% PST, totalling Rs. 4,056,543. This project involves dismantling PCC and road pavement, excavation, surface compaction, sand filling, PCC laying, subbase and base course provision, prime coat application, and traffic lane marking. All projects have a one-month time limit for completion.
