The Public Health Engineering Division, Nankana Sahib invites tenders for the construction of sewerage and sanitation works system across multiple union councils in Saleem Pur Paka Tehsil, District Nankana Sahib, Punjab. This is a significant infrastructure development project with an estimated cost of 73.395 million Pakistani rupees, forming part of the 1st Bi-Annual tender cycle for the financial year 2025-26 (January to June 2026). The project encompasses sewerage and sanitation system construction in UC Fatha Thata, UC Chaind Pur, Baghtaira UC576, Morah, UC Malka Haji 18/71, UC Namdar, and UC Machora, addressing critical public health infrastructure needs in the Nankana Sahib district of Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must possess valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories for the financial year 2025-26, active Pakistan Standard Time status, and a valid NTN certificate. All participating firms and contractors must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and submit an earnest money deposit of 5 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR or other approved financial instrument payable to the Executive Engineer. Engineers must maintain valid certification and membership card validity status at the time of bid submission. Bids submitted without complete documentation, including original financial instruments, will be rejected as non-responsive.
Bid documents are available through the EPADS electronic procurement system, and interested contractors should register on the Punjab PPRA portal for access. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS up to 1:00 PM on 14 July 2026, with opening scheduled for 1:30 PM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Nankana Sahib. All bids must include item-wise quoted rates, complete DNIT schedules, and detailed bills of quantities; incomplete or incorrectly filled bids will be disqualified.
