Description / Scope of Work
The District Disaster Management Authority, District Administration, Vehari invites pre-qualification applications from firms, companies, contractors and general order suppliers registered on E-PADS under PPRA for the provision of standardized relief goods and equipment for Flood and Monsoon Season 2026 during financial year 2026-2027. The procurement scope encompasses eight lots with a total estimated cost of PKR 77,000,000 including food hampers and ration bags, cooked food, miscellaneous relief items such as mosquito nets, life jackets, plastic mats, cots and mattresses, drinking water, flour, rice, animal fodder, tents, rassa and relief transportation services across the Vehari district in Punjab.
Eligible firms must be registered with E-PADS and possess sufficient experience in the relevant trade with sound financial position. Applicants are required to submit an affidavit confirming they are not involved in litigation and have not been blacklisted by the Procuring Agency or PPRA. Companies must ensure they are not government servants and acknowledge that all government taxes will be applicable. A bid security of 3% of the estimated price is required for each lot, ranging from PKR 60,000 to PKR 450,000 depending on the category.
Interested firms may access the complete Prequalification Documents free of cost from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and must register on www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk to participate in e-tendering. Applications must be submitted through E-PADS by 15 July 2026 up to 02:00 PM as per PPRA Rules 2014 (Amended). Pre-qualification applications will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM. Written queries relating to the PQD received up to one day before the closing date will be responded on the E-PADS website. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any incomplete or non-conforming applications.
