SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed e-bids for the supply of Hand Valve, Sand Blasting Nozzle and Welder's Protective Material under tender reference SSGC/LP/EPADS2/NR/2178245 (P74851). The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The contract will be executed by SSGC Procurement Department located at ST-4/B, Block 14, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal in Sindh province.
Bidders must provide a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or a Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 after bidders have completed registration on the platform. Eligible bidders must comply with all eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria and specifications detailed in the Standard Bidding Document. The procurement follows national bidding procedures and is open to qualified vendors meeting the prescribed requirements.
