Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Aircraft Rebuild Factory (ARF) in Kamra, Punjab, invites sealed quotations for procurement of specialized materials and equipment across ten categories including paint shop chemicals, mat store items, electrical rework stations, hydraulic flow meters, X-ray films for non-destructive testing, ultrasonic thickness gauges, computers, mono guide rollers and refractometer test kits. The procurement encompasses a wide range of aviation-grade paints, primers, thinners, hardeners and solvents required for aircraft maintenance and rebuild operations, along with precision testing and measurement equipment essential for quality assurance in aerospace manufacturing. Reference number ARF/1169/T/PC-001/LOG/2026-27 governs this tender with quotations to be opened on 24 August 2026 at 12:30 hours.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board of Revenue and hold valid Federal Tax Registration Numbers. Firms must have manufacturer status for all quoted products, maintain a branch office with functional telephone and fax facilities, and provide tax compliance certificates duly attested by relevant authorities. Bidders are required to submit separate sealed technical and commercial quotations in different envelopes, with technical offers containing all essential specifications and manufacturer literature without prices, while commercial offers clearly indicate prices in both words and figures. Earnest money of five percent of the bid value, not exceeding 0.150 million rupees, must be deposited in the form of a bank cheque or demand draft in a separate sealed envelope at the time of opening.
Bid documents are available during working hours 0900 to 1200 from the office of Officer-in-charge Local Purchase at ARF Kamra. Quotations must be addressed to Director Logistics, Aircraft Rebuild Factory PAC Kamra, marked with the relevant category designation, and submitted on or before 12:00 noon on 24 August 2026. Quotations received by fax will not be accepted. All quoted items must be supplied with Certificates of Conformance, Material Safety Data Sheets, and Technical Data Sheets with a minimum validity of two years.
