Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the purchase of bedding and clothing items for the financial year 2026-27 under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The procurement is conducted in Gujrat, Punjab, and encompasses a range of textile items required for hospital operations. The complete bidding document containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions is available for download from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and from the designated officer of the hospital. Prospective bidders must submit bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee with 100% encashment warranty confirmed by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan within three days of claim, with a minimum validity period of 180 days, made payable to the Medical Superintendent. No conditional bank guarantees will be accepted. The bidding process follows Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids must be submitted on EPADS, while financial instruments require physical submission as per the tender advertisement timeframe. All prospective bidders will be evaluated technically as per criteria given in the bidding document and declared technically responsive. The tender opening is scheduled for 15 July 2026 at 11:30 AM at the hospital premises in Gujrat.
