Description / Scope of Work
The President's Secretariat (Personal), Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad invites prequalification bids from local registered workshops and firms having their own workshops, stocks, manpower and expertise for supply of miscellaneous MT items including tyres, batteries and other spare parts, as well as repair and maintenance services for official vehicles on a day-to-day basis during the financial year 2026-2027. This is a comprehensive tender for vehicle support services covering the Islamabad region with scope for immediate and continuous supply requirements even during odd hours and from other cities or countries as needed.
Eligible bidders must have minimum five years of experience in the relevant field and must possess their own setup including garage, secure parking, denting and painting facilities, spare parts availability, and technical experts in both electrical and mechanical disciplines. All workshops and firms must be on the active taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue with valid GST and income tax registration, and must not be blacklisted by any government, semi-government, or autonomous body. A non-blacklisting certificate on affidavit and copies of past performance certificates from public or private departments must be attached. Bidders should demonstrate sound financial health with capacity to accommodate government payment cycles.
Bid documents must include a covering letter, signed terms and conditions, bidder information form, capabilities statement, past performance certificates with contact details, current work orders, and financial documents comprising Rs. 300,000 bid security as pay order or bank draft, bank statements, firm registration certificates, NTN, GST, and active taxpayers list certificates. An undertaking on judicial stamp paper confirming no blacklisting, commitment to delivery timelines with 1% daily surcharge penalty for delays, and an after-sale warranty agreement must be provided. Sealed proposals will be accepted up to 1100 hours on the closing date with opening at 1300 hours the same day.
