Description / Scope of Work
The Town Committee Sarhari, District Sanghar, Sindh, invites sealed tenders for sanitation work covering roads, streets cleaning, underground sewerage line maintenance, and open surface drains cleaning for Wards 01 to 06, including supply of sanitation materials. The estimated project cost is PKR 10.15 million with a contract duration of 12 months effective from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. This procurement is conducted under Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010 (amended 2013) using standard bidding documents and follows the one-envelope single-stage bidding procedure applicable to all schemes.
Eligibility requirements include mandatory registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-26 in the relevant category, a minimum of three years experience in sanitation and solid waste management works, and valid completion certificates from government bodies for similar sanitation projects completed within the last three years. Bidders must maintain an average annual financial turnover not less than the scheme cost during the past five years, provide GST/NTN certificates and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registration with active status, submit bank statements for the last three years with solvency certificates, and furnish copies of CNIC for all owners and proprietors. A bid security equivalent to 5% of the bid amount must be pledged as call deposit from a scheduled bank and attached to tender documents.
Bidding documents are available for download and submission through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) website up to July 9, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with tender opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM. A second attempt window is available until July 24, 2026 at 10:30 AM with opening on July 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The tender fee is PKR 5000. Bids remain valid for 90 days after opening. All government-applicable taxes including sales tax and SRB tax will be charged as per government policy.
