Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Teaching Hospital Sukkur, under the Government of Sindh Health Department, invites electronic bids for the provision of janitorial services for the financial year 2026-27. This tender encompasses comprehensive cleaning and sanitation services required to maintain the hospital's facilities and ensure a hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The procurement is conducted through the Electronic Procurement and Asset Disposal System (E-PADS) in accordance with Government of Sindh procurement regulations. Interested bidders must be registered on the EPADS system at http://sindh.eprocs.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration to submit electronic bids. Manual bids shall not be entertained.
Bidders are required to submit an original Pay Order representing the tender fee (non-refundable) and bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the name of the Medical Superintendent, GMMC Hospital Sukkur. All bidders must carefully complete the tender form and rate schedule, bearing full responsibility for any errors or omissions in their submission. The tender is subject to validity for 90 days and may be extended as per relevant procurement rules. The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of items and janitorial staff at any stage of the tender, and retains authority to modify any specification.

Bidders must strictly adhere to the tender opening date and time as announced. Performance security will be calculated as per the work awarded. Local bidders may be preferred to facilitate emergency response.
