Description / Scope of Work
Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Teaching Hospital Sukkur, operating under the Government of Sindh Health Department, invites sealed bids for the procurement of uniform and protective clothing for the financial year 2026-27. This tender covers the supply and delivery of protective clothing and uniforms required for hospital operations in Sukkur, Sindh province. The scope includes various uniform and protective apparel items to be delivered within stipulated timeframes. Interested suppliers must register themselves on the EPAD System at the link http://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#supplier/registration for submission of electronic bids.
Prospective bidders must meet eligibility requirements including valid business registration and relevant experience in supplying uniforms and protective clothing. Bidders are required to submit bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft amounting to Rs. 50,000/- made in the name of the Medical Superintendent GMMC Hospital Sukkur. The tender fee (non-refundable) and original bid security must be submitted separately with a covering letter. Any deviation from these requirements shall lead to disqualification at the time of bid opening. Bids are valid for 90 days and can be extended as per relevant rules.
Bid documents are available as per schedule published in NIT and Newspaper advertisements as well as on SPPRA Website and E-PADS platform. Electronic bids should be submitted through EPADS only. The date, time and details of tender opening will be strictly followed as published. Late bidders shall not be entertained. All bidders must carefully read the instructions to bidders and sign the tender form with official seal. The purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities at any stage and to modify specifications.
