Description / Scope of Work
The Govt. Girls Secondary School of Special Education for Hearing Impaired, Khanewal is procuring winter and summer uniforms for 91 girl students for the financial year 2026–2027. The total estimated value of this procurement is Rs. 1,080,000 including sales tax and income tax. The tender is divided into three lots: Lot 1 (Winter Season) estimated at Rs. 450,000 comprising Qameez, Shalwar, Jersey, Shawl, Shoes, Socks, and Shameez; Lot 2 (Summer with Shoes) estimated at Rs. 330,000 including Shirt, Shalwar, Dupatta/Sash, Shameez, Shoes/Pumps, and Socks; and Lot 3 (Summer without Shoes) estimated at Rs. 300,000 including Shirt, Shalwar, Dupatta/Sash, and Shameez. The school is located at 31-B Civil Line in Khanewal, Punjab. E-Procurement Punjab registered firms are required to submit bids through the online E-Procurement Punjab platform in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 using a single stage, two envelope procedure.
Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 44,000 (5% of total estimated value) as a generated PSID through their banking application via 1 Link or online bank transfer in the name of the Principal. All tender forms must be downloaded from the E-Procurement Punjab account or PPRA website free of cost. Bidders are required to upload certified copies of their ID card, General Sales Tax registration, Income Tax registration, and an affidavit confirming they are not disqualified, blacklisted, or convicted. Only E-Procurement Punjab registered contractors and vendors are eligible to participate. Successful bidders must deposit a 10% performance guarantee as a call deposit before supply commences.
Tender forms must be uploaded on E-Procurement Punjab by 27 August 2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical offers opening on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of the Purchase Committee and firm representatives. Financial offers of technically successful firms will be opened later; unsuccessful bidders' financial offers will not be opened. Upon completion of supply, the Purchase Committee will randomly select items for laboratory testing at either the National Textile University Faisalabad or BZU Textile University Multan at the firm's cost. If items fail to meet specifications, the entire supply will be cancelled and the bidder must replace all items at their own expense and risk. Goods must be delivered to the school with payment made after physical and technical inspection. Transportation charges are the firm's responsibility, and delays will incur penalties or forfeiture of security deposits.
