Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Teaching Hospital Sukkur, operating under the Government of Sindh Health Department, invites electronic bids for the procurement of miscellaneous petty articles and other supplies for the financial year 2026-27. This tender covers various consumable items and small supplies required for hospital operations. The tender is open to registered suppliers and contractors capable of meeting the hospital's specifications and delivery schedules within the stipulated timeframe. All bidders must ensure compliance with the technical and quality requirements outlined in the tender documents.
Eligible bidders must register themselves on the EPAD System at http://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#supplier/registration to submit electronic bids. Bidders are required to submit an Original Pay Order for the Tender Fee (Non-Refundable) and Original Bid Security amounting to Rs. 50,000/- in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in the name of the Medical Superintendent GMMMC Hospital Sukkur. The bid validity period is 90 days and can be extended as per relevant rules. Performance security must be calculated based on the work awarded. Local bidders may be preferred to ensure easy emergency support. All bids must be completely filled with careful rate calculations, and any deviation from requirements may lead to disqualification.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only; manual bids shall not be received. The date and time for tender sale, submission, and opening are mentioned in the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT), newspapers, SPPRA Website, and E-PADS, which bidders must follow strictly. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bidders should contact the hospital procurement office for additional details and bid document clarification. The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities at any stage and modify specifications without prior notice. Conditional tenders against Government Policy will be rejected.
