Peshawar Development Authority invites sealed bids through the Electronic Procurement and Auctions Delivery System (EPADS) for the provision of Suki Inkislab Main Power Services for Water Supply at Hayatabad Peshawar in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The estimated cost of this infrastructure project is Rs. 45.30 million. The scope includes installation and operational support for main power services essential to the water supply network serving the Hayatabad area. This tender follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the e-Procurement Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS), possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN) from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), maintain active status with EOBI and Social Security, and hold necessary Federal Board of Revenue registration and ECIB certification. Bidders must submit bid security as required in the bid solicitation documents and have demonstrated sufficient experience in similar water supply and power infrastructure works based on the BOQ/engineer's cost estimate. The tender documents, bill of quantities, and specifications are available for download from the official EPADS website (kp.eproc.gov.pk) or the official KP-PPRA website. Technical and financial bids must be submitted through EPADS before 16 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. The opening of bids will occur on 16 July 2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Deputy Director, Directorate of Water and Sanitation PDA at Sector D-5 Phase-I Hayatabad Peshawar.
