For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SEZA seeks outsourced staffing provider(s) for subordinate and support roles on ongoing basis.
Scale appears medium—filling institutional staffing gaps for a provincial authority suggests sustained demand, not one-time hiring. Notable: 11-day tender window (9–27 Oct 2026) is tight for proposal assembly. Two-envelope (technical then financial) process protects pricing until technical clearance. Blacklist affidavit requirement flags reputational due diligence. This resembles recurring manpower contracts typical in SEZ administration.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on SPPRA ePADS portal; SECP registration (SMC/Private Limited) and NTN typically required for outsourcing firms. No PEC category stated (not construction). Must provide non-blacklist affidavit. Typically: valid business license, tax compliance, proof of prior manpower-supply experience. Tender document will detail specific thresholds.
