Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on a single-stage, one-envelope basis for rehabilitation and improvement of five road projects in Islamabad, Federal Territory. The projects include the Srinagar Highway from Convention Center to F-5 Bridge (NIT cost Rs. 1,984,828,956 with bid security Rs. 19,841,290), Islamabad Highway from Faizal Masjid to T. Chowk (estimated at Rs. 887,811,710 with security of Rs. 8,878,117), Jinnah Avenue from D-Chowk to F-11 Markaz (Rs. 449,668,525 with bid security Rs. 13,442,590), Khayaban-e-Suharwardy Road from Serena to Zero Point (Rs. 135,158,615 with security Rs. 4,855,860), and Murree Road from Faizchae to Serena Interchange (Rs. 54,291,789 with security of Rs. 542,918). Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories CE-01 and CE-10 for the year 2026-27 and meet qualification requirements detailed in the building documents available on the CDA website.
