Peshawar Development Authority invites competitive bids through EPADS for rehabilitation and replacement of water supply lines at various locations in Peshawar, Hayatabad, and Peshawar city, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The estimated project cost is Rs 43.25 million, with anticipated contract value ranging from Rs 5000 to Rs 10 million depending on scope and location. The project aims to enhance water infrastructure and service delivery across multiple sites in the Peshawar region.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with valid licenses for the financial year 2025-26, possess valid Federal Board of Revenue registration and tax certificates, and maintain active registration with the provincial establishment committee in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders shall submit original bid security documents and additional securities as specified. The tender document requires verification through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and evaluation against specified criteria including technical capacity and financial stability.
Tender documents are available through EPADS and must be submitted before the deadline of 15 July 2026 with a bid opening scheduled on the same date at 11:30 AM.
