The District & Sessions Judge, Narowal invites e-bids for the procurement and installation of a Hybrid Solarization Off-Grid System with complete installation for Sessions Courts District Narowal under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. This tender is issued under reference E-Tender Notice No. 05/2025-2026 for the procurement of one unit of hybrid solarization off-grid system with complete installation, estimated cost Rs. 29,430,000 with bid security of Rs. 1,472,500. The project is for the Sessions Courts District Narowal in Punjab province and aims to implement renewable energy solutions for government judicial facilities. Eligible bidders registered with the Sales Tax/Income Tax and Punjab State Tax Department can participate in open e-tendering under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and possess an active Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificate.
Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the shape of CDR issued by any scheduled bank in favour of District & Sessions Judge, Narowal. The firm must not have been blacklisted by any government department. The successful bidder shall deposit an amount equivalent to 10% of the contract value as performance security with the scheduled bank. Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates must be uploaded electronically with the bid. If any item does not meet standard specification and conditions, the procuring officer shall provide necessary time to provide compliance. The delivery and installation of items shall be made at the specified location as mentioned in the tender document.
Bids must be submitted electronically on the e-Pads Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) on or before 09-07-2026 at 12:00 noon and opened electronically on 12:30 PM the same day in the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Narowal. If the due date falls on a holiday, the next working day shall be considered as opening date.
