The Superintending Engineer Buildings Circle Sargodha invites sealed competitive bids from eligible Engineering Firms and Contractors for three construction projects in Punjab. Project 1 involves construction of 01 classroom with furniture at Govt. Graduate College for Women Sargodha, estimated cost Rs. 3.532 million with 06-month completion period. Project 2 covers construction of 06 classrooms, washrooms, block and furniture at Govt. Associate College for Women Faisalabad Colony Sargodha, estimated at Rs. 20.013 million for 06 months. Project 3 includes construction of 07 classrooms, washrooms, block and furniture at Govt. Ambala Muslim College Sargodha, valued at Rs. 23.551 million also for 06-month duration. All projects follow PPRA E-Tendering System rules and procedures. Bidders must possess valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category codes and maintain current Punjab PPRA website registration. Contractors and bidders are required to upload scanned copies of Call Deposit Receipts at 5 percent of estimated cost in the name of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Sargodha before tender opening. All bids must include complete tender documents with financial bids containing rate analysis and summaries. Tender documents are available on the PPRA portal at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx with response time calculated from the publication date. Bids will be opened on 2026-07-22 at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the office of the Commissioner Sargodha Division.
