Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge, Jhang invites e-bids for the purchase and installation of off-grid hybrid solar systems across five locations in Punjab. The tender encompasses five separate lots: installation of 06-kW off-grid hybrid solar system of 04-kW each at Jhang city with estimated cost Rs. 8,210,000; installation of 10-kW off-grid hybrid solar system of 04-kW each at Chil Cohal Jhang valued at Rs. 10,270,000; installation of 16-kW off-grid hybrid solar system of 04-kW each at New Cwil Gorala Khalid Khan Block Jhang valued at Rs. 92,43,000; installation of 4-kW off-grid hybrid solar system of 04-kW each at Bab-Division, Ahmad Pur Sial valued at Rs. 4,110,000; and installation of 6-kW off-grid hybrid solar system of 04-kW each at Sub-Division, Shorkari valued at Rs. 6,162,000. This procurement is open to well-reputed and financially sound firms with previous experience in the renewable energy sector and proper registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PEC or equivalent councils.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and engineering councils as specified. Bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the shape of CDR or bank guarantee issued by any scheduled bank in favour of the District & Sessions Judge Jhang one hour before the bid submission deadline. The successful bidder must deposit an amount equivalent to 10 percent of the total contract value as performance guarantee in the form of CDR or bank guarantee. All rates must be inclusive of taxes GST, PST, FED, and shall remain valid for 60 days.

Interested bidders may download documents from E-PADS and the FPRA website or obtain further information from the office of the undersigned. E-bids must be submitted electronically on E-PADS before 12:30 P.M. on 09-07-2026 and shall be opened at 01:00 P.M. on the same day (or the next working day if a public holiday). Bids shall follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as contained in the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with prevailing rules and regulations.
