Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) under the Government of the Punjab invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) for the procurement of training material for Domestic and General Electrician Trade construction sector short courses at Govt. College of Technology (Boys), Gujranwala. This single stage one envelope tender has an estimated cost of Rs. 2,602,600 and covers all necessary training materials and equipment required for the electrician vocational training programme. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with prevailing Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and regulations.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered for income tax (NTN) and sales tax (GST) with government bodies and must be active tax payers. Attested copies of current NTN and GST certificates must be submitted with the bid. A refundable bid security of Rs. 130,130 (5 percent of estimated cost) in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft is mandatory and must be submitted prior to the bid opening date. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee of 10 percent of the total contract amount within 7 days of award. All government taxes, transportation, installation, and freight charges are the responsibility of the bidder and must be included in quoted rates.
Bid documents are available on the PPRA Punjab website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-PADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS only until 14-07-2026 at 10:00 a.m., with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 a.m. at the Principal's Office, Govt. College of Technology (Boys), Gujranwala in the presence of the procurement committee. All bids submitted by means other than E-PADS will not be accepted.
