Description / Scope of Work
The Regional Office, Crime Control Department (CCD) Rawalpindi, Police Department, Government of Punjab, located opposite AL-Shifa Hospital near Zaildar Plaza, Morgah Kotha Kalan, Rawalpindi, is issuing a bidding document for procurement of goods and services under a Framework Contract for the financial year 2026-2027. This is a framework procurement arrangement with an estimated cost of 69 million Pakistani rupees. The procurement is being conducted for the regional office to meet its operational requirements throughout the financial year. The contract will be awarded to eligible vendors who meet the specified criteria and submit competitive bids through the e-procurement portal. All procurement procedures including bid receiving, opening, and award assessment shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended).
