Description / Scope of Work
District Council Faisalabad invites Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) bids for the construction of Road Chak No.200/RB Lathianwala in Tehsil Jaranwala, District Faisalabad, Punjab. The project commences at Sheikhupura Road 200/RB Lathianwala and terminates at Hakim Chowk UET Campus. This is a competitively tendered civil works contract issued under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority framework. Eligible bidders must comply with all requirements outlined in the bidding documents including technical and financial qualifications.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria and must not have been debarred or suspended. A bid security is required as stated in the Bid Data Sheet. Bidders are required to submit their qualifications, experience, financial standing, equipment lists, proposed construction schedule, and method statements as appendices to their bids. The tender follows SSOE procedure where technical and financial bids are submitted simultaneously in a single envelope.
