Description / Scope of Work
Sealed tenders are invited from pre-qualified firms for the provision of Fumigation Tabs in the quantity of 150,000 numbers as per ASC specification for the financial year 2026/2027. The procurement is being conducted by Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area, located in Gujranwala Cantonment, Punjab. Bidders are required to submit rates including all taxes and without transportation for the entire quantity, and the rates must have a validity period of up to four months effective from 14 July 2026. The tender opening is scheduled for 14 July 2026 at 11:00 hours.
Eligibility is restricted to pre-qualified firms only. Each bidding firm must submit one sample of the item along with their quotation. A bid security in the form of Earnest Money or Bid Security equivalent to 5% of the bid value is mandatory, with a maximum limit of rupees ten lac only, to be deposited as a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR). Quotations without the required sample and bid security will be automatically rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tendered documents on technical or any other grounds.
Bidding documents can be collected from the Deputy Director Supplies and Transport at Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area from 0900 hours to 1500 hours on any working day. All quotations must be received in the Supply & Transport Branch at Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area on or before 13 July 2026 at 10:00 hours, and they will be opened publicly at 11:00 hours on 14 July 2026.
