Description / Scope of Work
Sealed tenders are invited from pre-qualified firms for the provision of Fumigation Tabs in the quantity of 150,000 numbers as per ASC specification for the financial year 2026/2027. The tender is issued by Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area located in Gujranwala Cantonment, Punjab. Rates are required inclusive of all taxes and without transportation charges for the entire quantity, on which Letter of Performance can be executed with validity period up to four months effective from 14 July 2026. The tender opening is scheduled for 14 July 2026 at 1100 hours at the location specified.
Only pre-qualified firms are eligible to participate in this tender. Bidding firms must provide one sample of each item and deposit 5% Earnest Money or Bid Security in the form of a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR), with a maximum limit of rupees ten lac. The CDR must be submitted along with the quotation, failing which the bid will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to reject one or all tendered documents due to technical or any other reason.
Bidding documents can be collected from the Deputy Director Supplies and Transport at Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area from 0900 hours to 1500 hours on any working day, with each item available separately. Completed quotations must be received at the Supply and Transport Branch, Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area by 1000 hours latest on 13 July 2026, and will be opened at 1100 hours on 14 July 2026.
