Description / Scope of Work
The Town Committee Sarhari District Sanghar invites sealed tenders for the construction of surface drains type A and cement concrete paving in Sanghar district. The project covers multiple locations including Safoo Berohi to Main Drain via Raheem Mashoori, Mithal Siyal to A Jabbar, Mithal Siyal to Main Drian via Photo Sheikh and Long Mashoori at Ward No 6, Town Committee Sarhari, Taluka Shahdadpur, District Sanghar. The tender amount is Rs. 2.956 million with a completion period of six months. Interested contractors, companies, suppliers and firms may participate in this single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure under SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended 2013).
Eligible bidders must provide financial, technical and constructional capability and should not be involved in litigation or blacklisted by Pakistan Engineering Council or any other agency. Contractors must possess valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board, attested income tax certificates (NTN), and sales tax registration (SRTN) certificates where applicable. A bid security of 5 percent of the bid amount (Rs. 147,800) must be submitted in the form of a call deposit from a scheduled bank. Bank statements for the last three years with solvency certificates and proof of previous works of similar nature completed during the last three financial years with satisfactory completion certificates from relevant departments are mandatory requirements.
Bidding documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) website of Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. The tender submission deadline is 01:00 PM on 14-07-2026, with bid opening scheduled for 01:30 PM the same day at the Office of Town Committee Sarhari District Sanghar. A second attempt window is available with submission deadline of 01:00 PM on 14-07-2026 and opening at 01:30 PM. The tender fee is Rs. 3000. Bid validity period is 90 days from opening.
